The Food

Seasonal and local ingredients are at the heart of Palazzo Tafuri’s dining experience. Vegetables kilometre zero, fish from the Ionian Sea, caviar or capocollo slow-cooked for 48 hours, are just some of the culinary delights for you to enjoy. Authentic cuisine with a sophisticated French touch.

The Chef

Salento born chef Antonio Capoccello, has lived and worked in various countries before returning to Puglia. His inventive and sustainable approach to cooking follows his philosophy: “I love to create and I love to bring together the different tastes of the world”.
